If you would like to pay with a credit card, please email me for an alternate way of sending credit card info (such as faxing or phoning your credit information). Please indicate the names of the items you wish to purchase. Checks and Money orders are also accepted and I will send you my contact information to complete your purchase. Shipping and Handling fees are added to the purchase price. See the listed fees below.

Returns:

You can e-mail within 10 days of receipt of item and notify me that you would like to return item; a reason for the return is appreciated Please do this before you actually return the item.
2. The price of the item will be refunded to you via PayPal online or my personal check
3. Refund will be given only after item has been returned
4. Sorry but shipping costs and insurance will not be refunded

Delivery of your order

Once payment has been received (and your check, if applicable, clears the bank), I will ship your beads via USPS First Class - unless you have requested or paid for another form of shipment. Beads listed for sale are generally shipped within 72 hours or less. I will email you to let you know your beads have been mailed so you can anticipate delivery. Custom orders usually take 1-2 weeks for completion and I will give you an estimate for their delivery.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: I accept only PayPal payments on International orders. I ship Airmail Letter Post via the USPS. There is no insurance or tracking available. Please contact me for special request on International shipments in case additional remittance is required via PayPal.

About My Bead Specials:

The items I offer on this page are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Sometimes, the beads are one of a kind and sometimes I'm able to make duplicate sets. My advice is: if you see something you like here, you'll want to grab it, because there may not be another just like it.

When an item is purchased.....

I have to manually mark it as "SOLD", so it may be possible that more than one person will try to purchase the same item. In that case, the first customer to contact me me will be able to purchase the item. I promise to try and mark the "SOLD" items on a timely basis to avoid just such a scenario!

HANDMADE BEADS - Please note:

Bead sizes are approximate. Because these beads are handmade, the size, the design and surface patterns may vary slightly. This is always true of handmade glass beads. Please note the bead hole sizes before purchasing the beads. Be aware that changing sizes, colors, bead hole sizes and bead shapes can change the whole character of the bead and sometimes is not possible. If you have any questions about making a purchase or ordering beads, I will be happy to answer your questions prior to your purchase.
